Packing
Morway's Moving and Storage is a full service moving company. We offer packing and unpacking services. We also sell a full line of moving supplies and materials. Below is a list of boxes, uses and prices as well as some suggestions baed on the size of the hosue that you are moving from. Since the contents of each home are different, it is best to have one of our estimators do an in house estimate. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at 802-651-0900.
Small Box/Book Box 1.5- 12X12X18- This box is designed for heavy items such as Books, CD's, Small Knick Knacks, Canned Goods, Dry Food, Wine, Kitchen Utensils and heavy items. These boxes are $3.00 per box.
Medium Box 3.1- 16X18X18- This box can be used for a wide range of smaller iems around the hosue. It is idea for small appliances, tools, nonperishable foods, lampshades, stereo equipment, electronics and pots and pans. As well as small picture frames, pictures, bathroom stuff and toys. This is the most commonly used box. These boxes are $3.85 per box
Large 4.5- 24X18X18- Used for moving lightweight bulky articles such as pillows, blankets, quilts and large lampshades. These boxes are $4.95 per box
Extra Large 6.1- 24X24X18- Used for as a linen box for larger blankets, pillows, comforters, folded clothing, sweaters, large lampshades, stuffed animals etc. These boxes are $5.50 per box
Dish Pack 5.2- 18X18X27- Dishes, China, Glassware, lamps and other fragile items. These boxes are $8.25 per box.
Wardrobes- Clothing or drapes hangs neatly during the move. Boxes can also be used to store seasonal clothing in your new home. Hats or shoes or sweaters can be packed in the bottome. Also good for long items such as gift wrap or fishing poles. These boxes are $11.00 per box.
Lg Mirror/Large Picture Box- 40X60X3- Pictures, Mirrors, and wall hangings. Each carton allows 2-3 items per box depending on the width of the picture/mirror. These boxes are $8.25 per box
Packing Tape- 55 yards- For sealing and labeling cartons. Tape is $3.95 per roll
Packing Paper- 25lbs- Just like newspaper but without the print. Great for dishes and fragile items. Paper is $27.50 per roll
Mattress Bags Used to protect your mattress and box spring
Single Mattress- $7.00 per bag
Double Mattress- $8.00 per bag
Queen/King Mattress- $9.00 per bag
Paper Pads- 48X72- Use like gift wrap to protect your paintings, large mirrors and other fragile items or find wood. Also great for protecting your items while in storage. Each pad is $3.00
Quilted Moving Pads- 75X70- Premium quilted moving pads are available for our MODS customer to rent. Moving pads can be rented by the dozen. Moving pads are $20.00 per dozen
